Inspection Services
What’s Included. What is not.
Overview: The True Haven General Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property (as detailed in the InterNACHI SOP), which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components (roof, exterior, basement, plumbing, etc).
Our general home inspection reports identify, in written format, defects within specific systems and components defined by the SOP mentioned above. Inspection reports may include additional comments and recommendations. The reports are based on observations made on the date of the inspection rather than a prediction of future conditions.
