Piece of mind from an experienced perspective.
Home Inspection. Commercial Inspection. Serving Metro-Detroit.
So why do I need an inspection?
No matter what stage of the home buying process you’re currently in, you’ve probably heard the term “inspection” more than once. An inspection is one of the most important aspects to a home purchase. It can make or break a deal, and sometimes, it can even end up making the deal a little sweeter for you, the buyer. Here’s a crash course in Inspection 101 to help you better understand what you need, what you don’t need, and how to start looking for an inspector that you can trust.
Our Inspection Services
We offer multiple types of inspections but the most common home inspection is a General Home Inspection. We also inspect/test for radon, lead, and mold. These types of inspections cost a little extra. Give us a call if you have any questions. We examine the HVAC, ventilation, structure, exterior, interior, plumbing, roof, wiring, insulation, and many other things to complete a thorough report on the condition of your potential new home. We abide by the InterNACHI standards of practice.
