Meet John – John Prior has a discerning eye for all things related to building and architecture. He has a vast knowledge of design, construction, building code, and an uncanny ability to see things about our homes that are not visible to the untrained eye. John’s degree in architecture coupled with his past 15 years of general contracting experience has molded him into the experienced home inspector that he is today.

John is a certified home inspector in the state of Michigan and has a specialty certification in Lead RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting). He also holds a Michigan Residential Builders and Maintenance & Alteration Contract License from the State of Michigan. In addition to John’s licensing and certifications he is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
